Resumen

This article deals with some revelant aspects of the linguistics of literature (or 'linguistics of writing') such as it has been discussed during the last two decades as a result of the Jakobsonian metapoetics postulate. Two contributions are emphasized, both previous to the famous Congress of Indiana but divulged nevertheless a few years later: the Saussure's anagrams and the peircean iconic theory.
