In our language there are several adverbs that behave in an unusual way. So, the ones that have been chosen are those that constitute a micro-system on the basis of their polar positive/negative opposition. They are syntagm modifiers but also add certain pragmatic or presuppositional features that contribute to the establishment of communicative cohesion. Thus, in order to find out their significative value, they have been analysed in connexion with the concepts assertion-presupposition. These elements point to others found in the text or the situational context of hearer and speaker. They also give cohesion to the text and establish a pragmatic connexion, at the same time as they seem to have a rhematic function in the text. Their field goes beyond, therefore, the sentence boundaries, so that it is necessary to analyse them textually. At the same time, all their formal variations are discussed, and distinguished from other functions of the same elements, which are then considered from a different view of the adverb class.Descargas
